Alex Maude

Alex is a London based actor and an avid consumer and teller of stories.

Alex has a plethora of experience improvising fantastical stories and characters both on stage and behind a microphone.

He hopes to tell a wide variety of stories from all genres, and to play the posh villain in only some of them!

Chiara Krones

Chiara is originally from Germany, and came to the UK a few years ago to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming an actor.

She trained at East 15 Acting School and Rose Bruford College. When she’s not on stage acting her heart out, you can catch her swimming at the Hampstead Heath ponds, or giving her internationally acclaimed city walking tour to some lucky tourists.

Her goal is for us to perform at this year’s Fringe!

Elliot Stedman

Elliot has worked primarily across short films and independent feature films as both an actor and writer, although his start was in theatre (which he’s excited to get back to!).

He has a love for a good drama as well as comedy. He loves the freedom of improv and the magic of creating a unique show in the room with the audience.

With Not By The Book, he wants to be part of a group making high quality improv shows that will leave audiences wanting more!

Jasmine Yates

Jasmine is an actor, dialect coach and writer. Her voice credits include Diablo IV (2023), Brassheart (2025) and The Priest (2023).

Before training as an actor, she worked as a researcher on BBC’s Watchdog and as a camera assistant on various short films. Jasmine has been doing improv in one form or another since her early teens, and continues to enjoy improv and comedy.

Her ambition is to do improv to “a really massive sold-out venue”.

Jemima Rosinski

Jemima trained at LAMDA and has a background in stage as well as screen acting.

Improv has been a part of her life from a very young age, from playing with friends, joining impov nights and workshops, to later training with Mischief Theatre and now hoping to take it to a professional level.

She’s very excited to hopefully spread some laughter and joy!

Elizabeth Wakefield

Elizabeth is an English actor and producer, trained abroad at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

After completing her degree in Acting, she started her own female-led production company @sevenfiftymlproductions and began a career in the UK screen industry: credits include BBC’s Call the Midwife, The Victorian Murder Files on Discovery+ and her own short film “John Smith Get F*cked”.

Her goal is to pave new ways in the improv scene (just like our good friends at Mischief!) and push for more recognition of the delights and opportunities of unscripted work.

Sarah Mayhead

Sarah trained at Chichester Conservatoire studying Musical Theatre and Film Acting. Her credits include: Everything Now (Netflix), The Witches of Eastwick (Chi Conservatoire) and One Step At A Time (self-written show)!

Her love of acting, dancing and singing has allowed her to perform at: Disneyland Paris, Shaftsbury Theatre, Pinewood Studios etc. Now having trained professionally with Mischief Theatre, her passion for improv is shining through!

She hopes to take Not By The Book to one of the Fringes this year!
